The Project Management triangle
ID:CVPMR
Video Overview
Like any human endeavour, projects need to be carried out under certain constraints. Traditionally, these project constraints have been listed as "scope," "time," and "cost". These constraints are also referred to as the project management triangle, where each side represents a constraint. The discipline of project management is about providing the tools and techniques that enable the project manager and his or her team to plan and execute their work in order to meet these constraints.
