A project is a temporary undertaking designed to produce a specific result or outcome. Project management is the discipline that guides Project Managers through the steps needed to successfully deliver projects. The project management process begins with project initiation and takes you through to the closure of the project. There are particular knowledge areas defined in the Project Management Body of Knowledge. This video looks at three different methodologies.
