Discrimination is based on prejudice against someone or some group of people. It results in unfairness, intolerance and inequity. Part of the problem we face in business communication, whether it is verbal or non verbal, is that very often the discrimination that creeps in is unintentional and therefore we are not aware that it is even occurring. To have a successful relationship between sender and receiver, we have to be effective with the content of our communication.
