Rounding errors
ID:CVRND
Video Overview
Rounding means reducing the digits in a number while trying to keep its value similar. The result is less accurate and is also referred to as an approximation. If calculations are made using values that have been rounded, then the result of such calculations will only be approximate. A rounding error is an error caused by approximating a figure, or number, with fewer digits from an original figure with more digits.
