In this tutorial our aim is to give you an overview of the two main Acts that govern employment, relations and human resources in the workplace. This we will do by defining and explaining the purpose of each Act and the main areas it covers. We will then highlight the typical issues that relate practically to this legislation by answering some of the most common labour questions from both an employer and an employee perspective.
