In a perfect world, businesses would run without glitches. The relationship between the business and its customers would be unspoiled, and everybody would be happy. Unfortunately, we do not live in a perfect world, and customer complaints are a reality when you are providing a commodity or a service. One can, however, equip staff, especially frontline employees like receptionists and sales representatives, to deal with complaints in a manner which will build relationships rather than escalate the number of complaints.
