In this tutorial we will be introducing you to assets. We will be looking at what makes an asset an asset, and also at the different sorts of assets that exist. We are interested in learning the language of the Accountant and so we will be looking at what the term assets means to Accountants. In other words when accountants speak to one another, or include assets in the financial reports they draw up, what exactly are they referring to?
