In this tutorial we will be introducing you to expenses. We will be discussing what makes an expense an expense and the different types of expenses that exist. In a previous tutorial we explained assets to you and in yet another tutorial we introduced you to equity… or owner’s equity as we refer to it in a business. In this tutorial we will be showing you how expenses and assets are different from one another. We will also briefly discuss how expenses link to equity.
